You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOCUPOLICY, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of the Site in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or third-party rights.
